Privacy
The Crafty Lab is run by Mairéad from County Armagh, Northern Ireland. This page says what the website keeps about you and why. Questions: get in touch.
Your basket
What you put in your basket, and the names and words you type for an item, stay in your own browser until you go to pay. Nothing is sent to us until you press the button to pay.
Orders and payment
Payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see your card number. Stripe sends us your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered, and keeps its own record of the payment under Stripe's privacy policy.
We keep your order (your name, contact details, delivery address, the items and the personalisation you typed) so that we can make it, post it, answer questions about it and meet our legal and tax duties. Orders are stored with Cloudflare, in a database only this website can reach, and in our email. We keep order records for six years, as HMRC requires, then delete them.
We email you when your order is placed and when it is posted. We do not send marketing emails.
Messages you send us
Messages you send through the forms on this website are kept in KLYK Digital's secure system, so that The Crafty Lab can keep track of them and reply. They are deleted 24 months after they have been dealt with.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted (except what we must keep for tax), and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we have got something wrong. Send us a message and we will reply within a month.
