Delivery and returns
How long it takes
Every piece is made to order. Machine embroidered items are made and posted in 3 to 5 working days. Hand embroidered items take longer, up to four weeks, and say so on their page. Every product page works out when an order placed today should arrive.
Postage
You choose the postage at the checkout. The options and prices are:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.95 . Usually 2 to 3 working days after posting.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.95 . Usually the next working day after posting.
- Collect from the studio (County Armagh): free . I will message you when it is ready and arrange a time.
- Royal Mail International Tracked (Republic of Ireland): £8.95 . Up to 14 working days at busy times.
- Royal Mail International Tracked (Europe): £12.95
- Royal Mail International Tracked (rest of the world): £16.95
You get the tracking number by email when your order is posted. Orders to the Republic of Ireland and further afield can take up to 14 working days at busy times.
Returns
As all personalised items are made especially for you, they cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty or an error has been made.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or I have made a mistake with your personalisation, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. I will work with you to put it right as quickly as possible, whether that is by replacing the item or finding another suitable solution. Your statutory rights are not affected.
